Homeowner Use and Maintenance Guidelines
If your home was treated for termites you will receive a certificate confirming that treatment. Plan to renew this treatment if desired or as directed by the literature that accompanies the certificate. Treatment for other types of insects or animal infestations is your responsibility.
Oliver Homes Limited Warranty Guidelines
Oliver Homes warranty excludes treatment for insect (such as ants) or animal (such as mice) infestations or box elder bugs. If you did have termite treatment you will receive a warranty from the provider.
