STEP 1. Dream of Your New Home

STEP 2. Meet with Our Design Consultant
Our design consultants can help you select from a portfolio of fabulous plans which can be modified to fit your needs and our knowledgeable staff can assist in designing your custom home. You may also bring your ideas or your own plans and our staff will assist in designing your custom home.
STEP 3. Free Home Site Analysis
That means we travel to your lot to assess site cost which could include, digging the foundation, clearing the lot of trees, water and electric service, well and septic, etc. We will meet you there to discuss location and the elevation of your new home. You will have peace of mind knowing that there are no hidden cost and no surprise charges.
STEP 4. We Complete Drawings
We have many plans to start from or we are able to start from your ideas for a new home. We have an in-house draftsperson that can draw plans to fit your specific needs. We will complete a set of drawings for you and your design consultant will go over every detail to ensure that you are getting the home of your dreams.
STEP 5. We Assist with Financing
We will help you work with a lender to obtain financing that best suits your situation. We are able to structure the construction process, so that you only have one settlement. We are able to work with construction loans and end loans both. We have the experience to make this an easy part of the building process.
STEP 6. We Obtain All Permits
Applying for permits, no problem. We will take care of it. Oliver Homes makes building with us as easy as possible. Our experienced staff are up to date on all current codes and building regulations. We have past experience in all local municipalities.
7. Frame Orientation / Pre-Drywall Orientation
Before drywall installation, we will meet you at your new home to discuss details about the electrical, plumbing, heat and air conditioning, framing, exterior and many other items. This meeting takes one to two hours. It is a great time to see your home before everything is covered with drywall.
STEP 8. We Oversee Construction Process
We perform quality control inspections as well as local building code inspections, plus we encourage you to visit your home while we are building to insure the quality that we guarantee. We have systems in place for you to ask questions during the entire building process.
STEP 9. New Home Orientation
Before you move in to your new home we will meet with you to go through your new home room by room to discuss the warranties, features and benefits. This is our opportunity to show you what a great home you have purchased and learn how everything operates.
