Sample Maintenance Schedule
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE:
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE:
- Clean and test smoke detectors
SEMI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE:
- Operate heat system ? early in the fall
- Operate air conditioning system ? early in the spring
- Inspect site drainage
- Seal concrete cracks
- Inspect exterior paint or stain
- Touch-up caulk
- Touch-up grout
- Lube garage overhead doors and tighten bolts
- Clean gutters
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE:
- Drain some water from bottom of water heater ? to be done annually or as directed by the manufaturer literature
- Operate pressure relief valve on water heater
- Clean window weep holes ? to be done annually or as needed
- Chimney cleaning ? to be done annualy or as needed
