An Agreement of Sale must be signed within 60 days of registration.
Payments of all referral fees made to the Realtor; 50% at start of construction and 50% at completion and Settlement of the home and all monies paid.
If the home is built on a lot owned by Oliver Homes, Inc., the cost of the lot will be included in the original Contract price* on which the referral fee is based.
